A look to June 19 for what counties will be in the Yellow and Green phases of reopening
It was reported by the Associated Press that Governor Tom Wolf plans to announce eight more counties moving into the Green phase of reopening. Erie Was not one of them. Erie County will remain the sole Yellow phase holdout for the entirety of western Pennsylvania. As of June 12, more than two-thirds (69%) of Pennsylvania's 67 counties are currently in the Green phase. One week from now, 80% of those counties will be Green, excluding Erie.
Dauphin, Franklin, Huntingdon, Luzerne, Monroe, Perry, Pike and Schuylkill County are set to shift into the Green phase on Friday, June 19.
