Senior Living Swing Series
"Sounds of Summer Concert Series" will be held at eight senior living homes across the city.

Swinging into summer with a variety of music, reminiscent of past, sunny days, the "Sounds of Summer Concert Series" will be held at eight senior living homes across the city.
Beginning on Monday, June 4, the series will begin with headliners Bugle Boy Swing Band at Mercy Terrace Apartments on E. Grandview Blvd. The series will continue, every Monday at 7 p.m. through the end of July.
June 11's show will consist of the Lake Erie Banjo Jammers, who will perform at the St. James Manor on Pearl Ave. The next week, the Dixie Doodlers will come to Ostrow Apartments.
Kicking off July, the Lake Erie Sound will play at St. Joseph's Apartments on Maryland Ave. on the 9th. Then on July 16th Jim Moore: Elvis Impersonator will shimmy on down to Curry-Schell Apartments. The Gem City Jazz Ensemble will close out the series at Saint Mary's Home East on July 23. — Hannah McDonald
