Erie County Sees Record High New COVID-19 Cases
1,450 new cases this week, with 278 reported on a single day
In the last week, there have been 1,450 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Erie County According to the PA Department of Health, with 1,238 new cases reported the previous week, with 911 the week prior, and 867 the week before that. 238
The number of cumulative cases in Erie County is now 33,037. The PA Health Department has the total number of COVID-19 deaths at 519 (up 12 from last week), while the Erie County Department of Health lists a total of 557 deaths (up one from last week).
