Erie County Continues Low COVID-19 Case Counts
No deaths have been reported for 25 consecutive days
According to the PA Department of Health, there have been 21,235 total cases of COVID-19 reported in Erie County, for an increase of 11 cases this week.
The Erie County Department of Health is reporting 475 total deaths (no change from last week). As data is verified, numbers change to reflect accuracy. Pennsylvania has the total number of Erie County deaths at 417 (also no change from last week). According to state data, there has not been a COVID-19-related death in Erie County since June 12.
According to the PA Department of Health, there are 122,908 fully vaccinated residents in Erie County, a 1,171 rise from last week, now accounting for nearly 46.2% of the entire population (for a 1.3% increase this week). There are currently 16,744 partially vaccinated residents.
